Service Controller

What you will do
The Service Controller will support the monitoring and optimization of service operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)
Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners
Ensure data accuracy in service management systems
Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows
Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis
What you need to succeed
Must have
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Professional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles
Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
