Service Contractor Coordinator

The Role
Titan Factory Direct is seeking a highly organized Service Contractor Coordinator to manage scheduling, communication, and execution of service work across our homes and communities.
This role is critical to keeping projects on track, contractors aligned, and customers informed. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a coordination-heavy role, this is a strong opportunity with a growing company.
What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate contractors for home setup, service, and repairs
• Requesting and collecting bids
• Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations with contractors and customers
• Track job progress and ensure work is completed on time and to standard
• Maintain organized records of service requests, schedules, and completion status
• Follow up with contractors to ensure accountability and quality
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities as needed

• Comfortable working with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, dispatch, construction, or service scheduling
• Background in housing, construction, or home services (a plus)
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or spreadsheets
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
