Shifts: Night Shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm

The Opportunity: 

Are you an experienced Operations Team Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

As part of the Supply Chain team, this role will be to lead the production team at one of our sites in Derrimut, providing direction and support to the team, ensuring productivity targets are met and leading innovation and change across the shift.

About the Role:

  • Creating a positive, productive, and safe working environment
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in safety and quality
  • Providing leadership, direction, coaching and support to the team
  • Driving team performance, providing recognition or creating improvement plans as required.
  • Ensuring productivity targets are met via appropriate resourcing and planning.

About You:

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in an automated and fast paced industrial production or operations environment.
  • The leadership capability to drive and motivate a diverse multi-cultural workforce.
  • Solid experience in performance management and conflict resolution
  • A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and change
  • Some exposure to production and maintenance planning, embracing the use of technology.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Experience in a unionised environment preferred.
