About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Service Branch Manager to lead our Service Operations team in Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Service Manager, Operations Manager, HVAC leader, or high-performing people leader ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role. Backed by a strong national leadership team, you will drive branch performance, business growth, operational excellence, and customer success while leading a talented team of technical professionals.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of the branch, developing people, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute branch strategies that support sustainable growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Align branch objectives with broader business goals and market opportunities.

Financial Performance

• Drive profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across the branch.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve business targets.

Customer Success

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

Operational Excellence

• Lead and embed best-practice business processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Business Growth

• Lead service and systems sales initiatives to achieve and exceed growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business.

Resource & Workforce Planning

• Ensure the branch is appropriately resourced with the people, tools, and capabilities required to deliver on commitments.
• Support workforce development, succession planning, and team engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience within HVAC, BMS, building automation, mechanical services, facilities management, or related building services industries.
• Technical qualifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in Service Management, Operations Management, Project Delivery, or a similar leadership role.
• We also welcome applications from experienced team leaders or supervisors ready to step into a broader management position.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, financial performance, and operational outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
