The opportunity:

Deliver high-quality, competitive, and technically sound service proposals by leading bid preparation, commercial structuring, and contractual alignment to secure profitable orders and enhance customer value.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will lead end-to-end response to RFQs, tenders, and customer requests, coordinate inputs across engineering, operations, legal, and sales teams, ensure timely submission of high-quality, compliant proposals.

  • You will develop optimized technical solutions aligned to customer requirements and service offerings, translate customer needs into structured service solutions and deliverables and work closely with engineering teams to validate feasibility and risk.

  • You will build detailed costing models and pricing structures, ensure profitability through margin analysis and cost optimization, prepare commercial offers including pricing, scope, and execution strategy.

  • You will collaborate with legal teams to manage terms & conditions (T&Cs) and contractual negotiations, identify, assess, and mitigate technical and commercial risks in line with policy and support internal risk review processes for bid approvals.

  • You will support Business Units and Front-End Sales teams in attaching service offerings to broader bids, provide expertise in structuring bundled service proposals, act as a center of excellence for tendering and proposal best practices.

  • You will conduct post-bid and win/loss analysis to improve future proposals, standardize templates, tools, and processes for bid efficiency, enhance proposal quality, competitiveness, and turnaround time.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong experience in tendering, proposals, or commercial roles

  • Technical understanding of service solutions (ideally electrical/energy sector). Advanced costing and financial modelling skills.

  • Knowledge of contract law, T&Cs, and risk frameworks, high attention to detail and structured thinking, strong project coordination, and stakeholder management capability.

  • Proficiency in English communication.
