BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits
- Follow up with service prospects to maintain engagement
- Accurately log all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Set and confirm appointments for service departments
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers at all times
- Support dealership goals by helping drive customer traffic
- Maintain organization and follow established processes
BDC Representative Compensation and Benefits
The BDC – Service position is paid on a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges:
- Base Hourly

Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
- The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance
- Bonus compensation may be $0.00 if baseline benchmarks are not met, with no fixed upper limit
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, performance, hours worked, and business needs. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed.

About Gee Automotive Companies

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Ryan focused on cultivating talent within the organization, bringing on skilled managers such as Jeff Jackson, who became president in 2010 while Ryan remained as CEO and Dealer Principal.
