Job Description

Pacific Volkswagenis an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry. We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Center.

As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll be the voice and first impression of our Service Department. Your role will focus on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up:

  • Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Cross-Brand Training: You'll be trained to work with multiple vehicle brands so you can support different dealerships and help wherever needed.
  • Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset
  • Overcome objections and present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care
  • Follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments
  • Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and consistently meet or exceed service appointment goals

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of one year of experience in a call center, BDC, or high-volume customer contact role required (automotive experience preferred).
  • Proven sales or negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Energetic, upbeat, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, polished, and driven to succeed

Schedule

This role requires availability during the following days and hours:

  • Monday - Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Sunday: Closed/Off
  • Plus one additional weekday off.

Compensation

  • This position offers $20.00.hour – $24.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, including Individual Appointment Shown incentives.
