As a front of house Service Attendant, you'll be the face of all things Food & Beverage. From serving meals, working the bars, maintaining the alpine ambiance, and handling guest questions with finesse - say goodbye to mundane and hello to mountain magic!

This role is an immediate start

About the role

• Assisting in the preparation, display and service of food on a daily basis

• Processing orders as per guest requirements - table & bar service in some outlets

• Managing the operation of the POS, and balancing takings at the end of each shift

• Bussing tables, restocking display cabinets and maintaining rubbish areas

• Assisting guests with any requirements they may have

• Assisting in other areas of the cafe including the kitchen as required

About You

• Ability to make multitasking appear effortless

• High level of personal presentation and hygiene

• Experience in frontline customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations

• Bar or cafe qualification is desirable

• Holders of LCQ have the opportunity to become a Duty Manager

• Willingness and flexibility to assist other areas of the cafe and other ski area outlets as and when required
