  • Drive innovation in FM delivery, enhancing learning environments, student and staff wellbeing, and positive community outcomes.
  • Act as the primary interface with the Ministry of Education and key stakeholders, translating educational priorities into robust FM performance standards.
  • Lead performance audits, quality inspections, and HSE compliance programmes covering schools, administrative buildings, canteens, and school transport services.
  • Manage and inspire a geographically dispersed team of inspectors and auditors, ensuring consistent standards, rapid issue escalation, and real‑time, data‑led reporting.
  • Hold FM service providers to account against contractual obligations and implement structured improvement plans where performance gaps arise.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging analytics, site intelligence, and user feedback to elevate service outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Produce and present executive‑level reports, dashboards, compliance summaries, and risk insights for senior internal and client audiences.
  • Champion preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle planning, and emergency preparedness as foundations of long‑term service excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks, education‑sector requirements, and cultural expectations across all operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Facilities Management, including 5+ years in a senior assurance, audit, or compliance leadership role
  • Proven track record of introducing initiatives that improved service performance, innovation, or user wellbeing, ideally within education or regulated public‑sector environments.
  • Strong experience leading remote or regionally dispersed teams and driving performance consistency at scale.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced user of CAFM/CMMS platforms, performance dashboards, and reporting tools
  • In‑depth knowledge of Saudi building codes, FM contracting models, and Vision 2030 objectives
