Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day coordination of all material ordering, material reception, stock management,
warehousing
• Pro-active communication with internal MARKEN departments of any material delay, stock
distribution, and/or stock deviation to include Project Management, Logistics department, Kit
production and Branch level management
• Work closely together with the distribution department, kit production coordinator for scheduling
the outbound shipments, planning and preparing transport documentation
• Support other departments as needed
• Provide info on pricing requests; perform sourcing on specific material
• Close cooperation/collaboration with clients on warehouse/sourcing management
• Perform stock counting and inventory control checks
• Receive and control goods
• Identify potential process improvements, savings and cost avoidances
• Compliance, development, review and revision of SOP’s (if necessary)
• Compliance with and work according to MARKEN policies as well as applicable MARKEN quality
standards
• Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work, treatment of all substances with
relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others

Qualifications:
• Secondary school diploma or relevant experience
• Forklift Preffered
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Good customer orientation
• Good knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (if
applicable)
• Requires specific skills and knowledge in the use and application of proprietary software, Internet
and MS Office applications
• Good problem-solving skills are required in identifying and alerting others to operational
problems
• Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal are required to convey and clarify routine
information
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good organization and time management skills
• High cooperativeness
• Attention to detail

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.05/hr to $29.30/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
