As our Service Department continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant Manager to join the team at Windsor. Working closely with Phil, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
As the Service Assistant Manager, you'll support the Service Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight, team support, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Service Department
• Supporting and mentoring Service Advisors to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving service issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitoring workshop productivity and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
• Driving customer retention through exceptional service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to increase service department revenue through value-added products and services
• Assisting with performance reporting, departmental administration, and process improvement initiatives
• Working closely with technicians and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and dealership compliance requirements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or similar leadership position within an automotive dealership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Proven experience in achieving sales, retention, and CSI objectives
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
• A current driver's licence
