Primary Responsibilities:
Greets and directs customers to theappropriate personnel
Understands verbal work orders and instructions.
Reads material such as detailed forms, standardmemosor letters.
Contacts porters toassistin daily tasks.
Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.
Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
Performs other duties as required by theService Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in automotive field is an asset.
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
Ability to drive a manual transmission isrequired
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
