Job Description

Title: SACM Analyst

Duration: Till Nov 2026 (potential extension)

Location: Toronto

Domain: Government Services

Salary: $50-$60 per hour (based on experience)

Assignment Type - 3 days Onsite

Project Description

  • Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and IT service mapping.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring IT assets are effectively managed, tracked, and optimized while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Must Have:

  • Experience in manage and track IT hardware and software assets using ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy and completeness of the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Ensure IT asset and configuration processes comply with company policies and industry standards
