The Role:

As the Service and Warranty Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Construction Administration team ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance and repair services within our properties. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance tasks, managing communications with contractors and our maintenance technician, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to both the Gallery Real Estate team and external clients.

• Coordinate all maintenance tasks, including scheduling and liaising with contractors and our maintenance technician.

• Assess the moving parts involved in repair works and effectively manage them.

• Maintain accurate records of job tasks and updates within Onsite Companion software.

• Manage incoming email inquiries and phone calls, directing them as needed.

• Follow up to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Prioritise workloads and demonstrate flexibility in meeting deadlines.

• Assist with general office tasks as directed by the Construction Administration Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a building or trade-related field is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of Onsite Companion software is a plus.

• A motivated, team-oriented individual with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain flexible under pressure.
