Job Description

Schedule: Part Time - 12 hours per pay period - every other Saturday & Sunday - 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience. Your role is crucial in managing communications, assisting with daily operations, and upholding safety protocols, all while fostering an environment that reflects Vivie’s values of hospitality and care.

As a Service Ambassador, you will:

  • Be the First Point of Contact – Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage Communications & Security – Answer and direct calls, monitor security cameras, and alert staff to any safety concerns or alarms.
  • Support Community Operations – Update resident information, maintain records and logs, and assist with mail and package deliveries.
  • Enhance Resident & Guest Experience – Provide concierge-style support, assisting residents and guests with their needs while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in Emergency Preparedness – Follow emergency protocols, support search efforts for missing residents, and adhere to security policies.
  • Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

This job also requires:

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for record-keeping, communication, and security monitoring.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background check.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and visitors.
