We're Hiring: Service Advisor Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor Supervisor to lead our Service Advisor team within the Aftersales department.

You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Service Advisor team to ensure efficient customer handling and workflow.
• Review job cards and service documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with dealership standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, customer approvals, and repair estimates are properly documented and communicated.
• Coordinate effectively with the Workshop, CRM, and Call Centre teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct quality checks on completed job cards, billing accuracy, labor allocation, and parts utilization.
• Monitor repeat repair cases and work closely with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Advisors through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
• Support the Service & Workshop Manager in driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar automotive aftersales role.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team of Service Advisors.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage.
