Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Service Advisor at RAC Auto Services Rockingham, you will be responsible for:
Greeting members and promptly addressing their automotive service needs.
Communicating effectively with members to understand their vehicle concerns and accurately documenting the issues.
Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provide members with detailed repair and maintenance recommendations.
Preparing and presenting accurate service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Coordinating service schedules and ensuring members are kept informed of progress.
Maintaining organized records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and member records.
Member-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
Familiarity with automotive terminology, maintenance procedures, and common vehicle issues.
Proficiency in using computerized systems and software for service scheduling and documentation.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
