Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Open and manage work orders for service and repair
- Coordinate with parts and service departments to schedule repairs, labor, and sublet services
- Communicate repair updates and timelines to customers
- Assist with the closing of retail and warranty jobs
- Support day-to-day operations within the parts and service departments
- Ensure service requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Parts, Service, or Support role within an Automotive, Equipment, or Heavy Truck dealership preferred
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of heavy truck industry terminology and product technology preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and master dealership business processes
