Macleod Trail Toyota is growing its service team, and we are looking for experienced Service Advisors who can thrive in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment.
With over 25 service bays, Macleod Trail Toyota is one of the largest service providers in the Calgary market. That means steady customer traffic, strong shop capacity, and real opportunity for Service Advisors who know how to keep customers informed, repair orders moving, and the service drive running smoothly.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the service process, and knows how to communicate clearly from vehicle drop-off to pickup.
You will be the key connection between the customer and the shop — listening carefully, explaining service needs, working closely with technicians, and helping customers feel confident every step of the way.
