Service Advisor (Jaguar Land Rover Calgary) - No Evenings, Great Pay, and Real Career Growth

Jaguar Land Rover Calgary’s service department is under new management, bringing a refreshed focus on teamwork, customer experience, process, and growth.

As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between the customer and the shop. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs, keep them updated, work closely with technicians, and create the kind of service experience that keeps people coming back.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
  • Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately
  • Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
  • Keep customers updated throughout the day
  • Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management
  • Help maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
  • Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability

What You Bring

  • Automotive Service Advisor, Service Consultant, customer service, or sales experience
  • Dealership experience is preferred
  • CDK experience is a strong asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to think outside the box when solving customer or workflow challenges
  • Passion for vehicles and delivering a great customer experience
