What is this role about?
The Service Advisor & Insurance Coordinator is responsible for managing customer service interactions, coordinating service and insurance claims, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. This role acts as the main liaison between customers, service technicians, and insurance providers to ensure efficient service processing, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

What will YOU do?

Customer Service & Service Advisory

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and concerns

  • Receive and assess customer service requests and provide appropriate service recommendations

  • Prepare service estimates, explain procedures, timelines, and costs to customers

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely service completion

  • Keep customers informed about service progress and any additional repairs or requirements

  • Ensure proper documentation of all service transactions

Insurance Coordination

  • Assist customers in processing insurance claims related to service or repairs

  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to claim submission

  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and follow-ups

  • Ensure all claim forms and supporting documents are complete and accurate

  • Monitor claim status and keep customers updated on approval or reimbursement progress

  • Maintain organized records of insurance claims and documentation

Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Conduct customer follow-ups after service completion

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

  • Work with internal teams to improve service processes and customer experience

  • Support initiatives that promote customer loyalty and retention

What will YOU need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or any related field

  • Previous experience in customer service, service advisory, insurance coordination, or related roles is an advantage

  • Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and service operations is preferred

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
