The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We are currently accepting applications for a Honda Service Advisor at Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale, a proud member of the Holman Automotive Group.

  • Location: Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale
  • Schedule: Mostly weekdays and Saturdays
  • Earning potential: $80k - $100k+ per year

As a Honda Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and repair services for their vehicles. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through their service needs while maintaining strong follow-up and communication. This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information about service options.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.
  • Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
  • Prepare service estimates, sell routine maintenance/repair services and conduct follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires.
  • Estimate the time needed for completion and stay in regular communication with the customer during the repair process.
  • Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations or shuttle.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Work closely with technicians and service managers to ensure timely service completion.
  • Handle all customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Honda products and services.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.
  • Interest and passion for the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work long hours and some Saturdays.
  • Previous experience in a service advisor or related role is a plus, but not required.

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
