What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and perform vehicle intake
• Create repair orders and accurate vehicle write-ups
• Build and present estimates
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Obtain repair authorizations
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Manage repair orders through completion

• Shopgenie CRM and customer communication platform
• Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience required
• Automotive industry experience required
• Independent repair shop experience preferred
• Knowledge of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally required
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check
