Schedule

• Monday–Friday only
• No weekends

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in the service drive
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs
• Present recommendations in a professional, customer-focused way
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting shop productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (dealership or independent shop preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
• Customer-first mindset (not just sales-driven)
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
