In this role, you’ll be at the center of the service experience, guiding customers through their service visits while working closely with our Service Department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction. Customers will rely on your expertise and communication skills, while technicians will depend on you to create clear, complete repair orders—making you a vital part of our day‑to‑day success.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the departments’ sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
