In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between the Service Department and guests—clearly communicating vehicle needs, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience. The more driven and customer‑focused you are, the stronger your results will be.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Helping customers with the service on their vehicles
- Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns
- Work closely with other departments within the dealership
- Reviewing inspection reports with customers
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
This is a full-time opportunity. Available for shifts Monday - Saturday.

QualificationsService Advisor Job Requirements
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- CDK experience is a must!
- Tech Savvy. Must be proficient in computer navigation working with multiple programs at once
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
