We are seeking a
Cantonese-speaking Service Advisor
to join a fast-paced, international customer support environment based in
Penang, Malaysia (Georgetown)
. This is an
expatriate opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels, assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and general product support.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and other channels
• 
  Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, payments, and product information
• 
  Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• 
  Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer issues in real time
• 
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• 
  Demonstrate strong product knowledge and continuously stay updated
• 
  Meet quality standards through call audits, performance metrics, and customer feedback
• 
  Adapt communication style to suit different customer profiles
• 
  Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education & Language:

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 
  Minimum
  B2 level English proficiency
  (spoken and written)
• 
  Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin
  (essential)

Experience:

• 
  Minimum
  6 months experience in customer service or support
• 
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially from Communication, English, or related fields)
• 
  Experience in a call centre or support environment is advantageous but not mandatory

Technical & Core Skills:

• 
  Basic technical troubleshooting ability (personal or professional)
• 
  Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, laptops, or operating systems
• 
  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 
  Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
