understands the demands of a busy dealership environment and is passionate

opportunity. We're seeking a professional who can confidently manage the
complete customer journey while maintaining the high standards of
communication, organisation and attention to detail expected of the BMW brand.

As the face of our Aftersales Department, you'll play a
pivotal role in creating a seamless ownership experience for every customer.
From the moment they arrive through to vehicle handover, you'll ensure every
interaction reflects the premium service, professionalism and care synonymous
with BMW.

About the opportunity:

As a Service Advisor at Berwick BMW, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with our skilled technicians, manage workflow, resolve challenges, and help drive service performance, all while developing your skills and advancing your career within a premium automotive environment.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll own the end-to-end customer
service journey and be the trusted point of contact between our customers and
workshop team.

Every interaction matters. You'll deliver a premium
experience that reflects the prestige of the BMW brand while ensuring repairs
are managed efficiently, communication is proactive, and customer expectations
are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver
    a premium customer experience from vehicle check-in through to handover
  • Clearly
    explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, costs and
    completion timelines
  • Liaise
    closely with technicians to coordinate repairs and ensure workshop
    efficiency
  • Order
    parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the repair process
  • Prepare
    repair orders, job cards and invoices with accuracy and attention to
    detail
  • Represent
    the BMW brand by delivering an exceptional ownership experience that
    exceeds customer expectations

About You

You'll bring:

  • Previous
    Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership (essential)
  • A
    proven ability to manage a busy service department while maintaining
    exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding
    communication and relationship-building skills

    genuine passion for delivering premium customer service
  • Excellent
    organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.

The growth plan for JMG continues with the opening of Chery Doncaster in July 2024 and Chery Brighton in early 2025.
