Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $75,000–$100,000+ earning potential
Pay Type: Commission with Base

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join a high-performing independent repair shop in Jefferson City, MO. This is an opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, educating customers, and helping them make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. • Independent shop automotive experience preferred

• Act as a true consultant, not an order-taker
• Build and present long-term maintenance and repair plans
• Guide customers through the repair process with clarity and confidence
• Drive revenue through trust, education, and relationship-building
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer concerns and deliver a top-tier customer experience
