About the Role

CARe Automotive is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our repair centre team. This is a key customer‑facing role, acting as the link between customers, Customer CARe, and the workshop to ensure a smooth, well‑coordinated repair journey.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in vehicle intake, customer communication, and repair coordination while supporting safety, quality, and production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Be a point of contact for CARe customers
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle condition
  • Clearly explain repair processes, scope, and timeframes
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers and Customer CARe
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly

Vehicle Intake & Coordination

  • Complete tablet‑based check‑in and Digital Triage processes
  • Capture accident, non‑accident, and pre‑existing damage
  • Mark up vehicles and maintain accurate records in RPS
  • Review jobs, action notes, and support production planning
  • Coordinate rectifications, Out of Scope items, and quick‑fit work

Administration, Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records
  • Support continuous improvement and process compliance
  • Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures
  • Identify and escalate safety risks or incidents

About You

Essential

  • Experience in an automotive repair or workshop environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Understanding of vehicle repair processes
  • Current driver’s licence

Desirable

  • Certificate III in Panel or Paint
  • Experience in a senior customer service or advisor role
  • Knowledge of insurance or accident management environments
  • Experience with RPS or similar repair management systems
