What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and clearly communicate recommended services
• Provide accurate estimates and explain technical information in customer-friendly terms
• Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage parts, follow-ups, and quality control to deliver exceptional service
• Support the team in driving customer satisfaction and shop profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience (technical knowledge a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Desire to grow in the role and take on more responsibility
