About The Auto Shop

The Auto Shop is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Jefferson City, MO. This independent repair shop offers $75,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential through base pay plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations using a consultative approach.
• Help customers make informed decisions about vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Build and present long-term maintenance and repair plans.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain smooth workflow.
• Address customer concerns and provide a high-quality service experience.
• Support revenue through customer education, trust, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Consultative sales mindset with the ability to handle objections and close recommended work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, banking, customer service, or retail is welcome.
• Independent automotive repair shop experience preferred.
