Six Star Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing team in Sandpoint, Idaho. Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the service process from initial contact through vehicle pickup.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate workflow to help keep the service department operating efficiently.
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations with professionalism and integrity.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate communication regarding repair progress and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience.
• Previous Service Advisor experience highly preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to shared success.
• Experience in a customer-facing, high-volume environment is valued.
• A valid driver's license is required because the position includes job-related driving.
