We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our After Sales team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

• Guarantee best possible service to the customer;
• Perform weekly vehicle bookings and follow up on bookings;
• Open and close of job cards timeously;
• Execute customer follow-up and customer communicate on vehicle status in the workshop;
• Communicate extra repairs to customers;
• Book invoices into the system and on customer job cards;
• Issue orders for sublets;
• Ensure that all monthly supplier invoices are booked in and placed on job cards;
• Log breakdowns on Action Services;
• Book suppliers for external repairs;
• Update Breakdown Reports on a weekly basis;
• Keep Workshop Booking sheet updated.

What do we expect from you?

• Grade 12 – with a pass in English;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
• Technical knowledge of the Company’s products (Volvo, UD), would be an advantage;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• Responsible, autonomous, dynamic and organized;
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate with customers effectively;
• Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details;
• Commercially and business focused;
• Able to be on 24-hour standby for breakdown support every second week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
