What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting service customers
• Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
• Providing updates on vehicle servicing and repairs
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive ownership experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A positive, energetic, and professional approach
• Previous automotive service advisory experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
