Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and professional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing requirements
- Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
- Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and any additional work required
- Coordinating vehicle pick-up and explaining completed work
- Managing bookings, invoices and service documentation
- Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- A current and valid driver's licence
Experience with multiple automotive brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
