Now Hiring: Service Advisor

  • Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $60k - $90k annually
  • Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.
  • Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do

  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records.
  • Communicate between the customer and technician ensuring the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed service/repairs.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.
  • Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
  • Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
  • Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
