  • Schedule: You must have open availability to work any day/shift, Schedule TBD
  • Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 8am-4pm

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Hyundai dealership experience strongly preferred
  • CDK Experience a plus
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
