Job Responsibilities

商用車維修保養服務

1. 客戶接待：負責迎接並協助客戶，解答相關疑問。
   Customer Reception: Welcome and assist customers, providing information and answering service-related inquiries.
2. 服務安排：依據客戶需求安排維修與保養服務。
   
   Service Coordination: Schedule maintenance and repair services according to customer needs.
3. 文件管理：負責客戶資料的登錄與管理，包含維修紀錄及發票。
   
   Documentation Management: Record and maintain customer information, including service records and invoices.
4. 溝通協調：與技術人員及其他部門保持良好溝通，確保服務流程順暢。
   
   Communication & Coordination: Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure a smooth service process.
5. 客戶關係維護：定期追蹤客戶滿意度，蒐集回饋並提出改善建議。
   
   Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and recommend service improvements.
6. 庫存管理：協助零件及耗材之庫存管理，確保供應充足。
   
   Inventory Support: Assist in managing the inventory of parts and consumables to ensure adequate stock availability.
