
We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organised Service Advisor to join the team at BYD Essendon. As the key link between our customers and service department, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while supporting the continued growth of an exciting and innovative automotive brand.
Working closely with the Service Manager and workshop team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating service bookings, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
