What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process. You’ll help identify customer concerns, communicate service recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every guest receives a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
  • Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review vehicle maintenance needs and recommended repairs with customers
  • Provide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service visit
  • Partner with technicians to understand repair recommendations and service status
  • Communicate additional service needs and obtain customer approval when needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they feel informed and supported
  • Process payments and review completed work at vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency in a high-volume service environment
  • Deliver an experience that helps earn customers for life

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, organized, and comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and follow-through are key.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive, dealership, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
  • Comfortable learning service processes, systems, and repair recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
