Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing with details of repairs needed. Review warranty of vehicle, generate a repair order and prepare it for dispatching
- Utilize all necessary forms of communication to update customers on progress of the their repairs.
- Obtain authorizations for repairs.
- Assist in filing and office organization.
- Assist shop foreman and manager with department workflow

QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
- Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
