Lithia Ford of Fresno is a well-established, high-volume Ford dealership known for exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a seasoned Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team and provide top-tier support to our loyal customer base.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or other OEM experience Preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors REQUIRED.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Familiarity with Ford’s diagnostic and service systems is a plus

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
