About the Role

As the face of our service department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximising workshop efficiency and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Providing clear and professional advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
• Preparing quotes and identifying opportunities for additional work
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
• Managing customer expectations from drop-off through to vehicle collection
• Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business
