As a Service Advisor you will work closely with service technicians and customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduling, work orders, invoices and customer follow up. The Advisor will be responsible to collect and update all customer information, write up customer requested repairs and maintenance, monitor repairs, sell additional needed service to customers and communicate with our customers throughout the entire service repair process, including scheduling of service work in the service department when required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, manage, and close work orders, quotes, and invoices promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process.
  • Coordinate parts, freight, warranty claims, and planned maintenance schedules.
  • Dispatch and plan weekly and monthly schedules for road technicians.
  • Assign work to the right technician and ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of technician time, job codes, and service details.
  • Optimize technician workload using GPS and scheduling tools.
  • Support shop and field technician coordination while following safety practices.


What You Bring:

  • Strong experience in dispatching, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management databases.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
