We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Service Advisor Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway,it’syour chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us!
You will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customerinquiriesor complaintsIf you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, apply now and become an essential part of our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
Assistsall customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuringoptimumcustomer service
Responds to customer’s inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner according to the policy of the dealership
Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible
Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate
Invoices work orders andacceptspayments from customers;submitsreports and receipts to accounting
Provides quotes or estimates to customersregardingservice needed
Advisescustomers ofcurrent statusof their vehicle as well as anyadditionalwork that may be required
Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in automotive field
1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset
CDK experience
Aptitude for numbers
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
