NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS

Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers while maximizing earning potential, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing service team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
  • Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
  • Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
  • Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
  • Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
  • Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
  • Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Automotive technician background is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation

$50,000 – $80,000 annually


(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
