What will you be doing?
Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

We are seeking candidates with
Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
Toyota brand experience, a plus!
Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
An understanding of the mechanical and technical
Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player
Polished and professional
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
