Your Role on the Front Line

  • Own every customer interaction from write-up to drive-off—no handholding, no shortcuts.
  • Translate customer needs into crystal-clear ROs technicians can attack with precision.
  • Command conversations around services, pricing, and timelines with confidence.
  • Build lifelong loyalty by delivering transparency, trust, and results.
  • Push performance metrics hard and raise the standard for the entire team.

The Honda of Ames Standard
