CarShop (formerly CarSense) is seeking an enthusiastic Service Consultant to serve our customers in the "CarShop Way", and delight them with prompt, courteous and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in the automotive repair arena, and has a passion for customer service. He/She will consult with the Retail Service Technicians to ensure the customer is fully informed of the required and recommended services. The Retail Service Consultant directly interacts with the retail service customers and is to meet and exceed the customers' needs and expectations for timely service, while optimizing the technician's recommendations. He/She will be knowledgeable and diligently follow all policies and procedures of the Retail Service Department and will be expected to make recommendations that will improve company performance.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands
Will primarily work in an automotive shop environment. Workspace is covered but may involve various weather conditions such as heat and cold as well as safety hazards due to the nature of work. May experience loud noise on a regular basis.
Medium/Heavy Work---Will lift over 50 pounds with assistance device required and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to or over 35 pounds with assistance device available as needed.
This position will require the employee to be standing for prolonged periods of time
